To report a power outage in the towns of Huntersville or Cornelius, North Carolina, please call 704-948-0550 during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After-hours emergencies should call the dispatch center at 704-892-7426. Please be patient, as an average outage duration is typically two hours.
