Huntersville Customers Only
ElectriCities is transitioning to a new customer billing software. In the next few weeks, you will begin receiving bills in a new format. Note the slight change in your account number. Due to the conversion, bills are delayed, but no late fees will be assessed for payments received after the due date as a one-time courtesy.
The new Utility Billing online payment portal is delayed. You can still make IVR and Web payments through our automated system and web portal. Reference your current bill for the correct amount due, as balances may not display correctly on the IVR or Web Portal.
With the new account number, drop the first three numbers before the dash and any leading zeros after the dash when paying online or via the IVR.
For online bill pay, update your account number on your bank’s website. Bank of America or Wells Fargo customers may need to delete ElectriCities as a payee and set it up anew if editing isn’t allowed.
If you have any questions, please call our office at 704-948-0550. Please note that Customer Service Representatives cannot take payments over the phone.
